  • You, my friend, are my exact target client! My process is specifically designed to be easy and stress free for you; I will talk you through each stage clearly and let you know exactly how to prepare. I will provide you with guides and workbooks taking you through step by step how to prepare all the content for your website. At the end, I’ll set you up with your very own secret training page on your website that shows you exactly how to make any edits you need. This page will be available for you to access any time you need to in the future.

    The beauty of Squarespace is that it is a totally ‘managed’ platform (unlike WordPress). This means that all updates, maintenance, security and tech stuff is taken care for you so you don’t even need to think about it.

  • Once we have set a date to get started on your project, and have been through our contract, you will be directed to an invoice for your deposit. This payment will secure your project slot. You can choose to pay in full, or payment plans are also available. Once I've received the final payment, I will handover all project files ready for you to launch to the world!

  • The brand and website transformation package takes around 10-12 weeks. This timeframe includes all parts of the brand and website design including handover, training and launch, but is subject to you supplying all content and completing all client homework before the project start date.

    Design intensives are anything from 1-5 days.

  • You can find Squarespace's pricing on their website here, but most of my clients require either the Business Plan, or the Basic Commerce Plan.

    Please Note: This cost, along with the cost of your domain, is separate to my website design fee.

    As a bonus for working with me - you’ll get access to an additional 20% off your Squarespace plan. Yay!

  • I use Squarespace to build all of my website templates, client websites, as well as my own website.

  • Squarespace is a website building platform and hosting company. You may have also heard of platforms such as WordPress or Wix, but my preference for designing sites is Squarespace, mainly because it is so user-friendly for my clients to manage!

    Here are some more reasons why I love Squarespace:

    SIMPLE TO USE
    The back-end of Squarespace's platform is extremely user-friendly and simple to use, which means you don’t have to have any fancy techie knowledge! This means it's super easy to make edits yourself without having to get a developer/designer involved to help with small tweaks.

    ALL-IN-ONE PLATFORM
    With built-in blogging, email marketing, and ecommerce features, Squarespace really is a one-stop-shop for all your website needs. And don’t forget about their other 75+ software integrations like Google Drive, YouTube, and Yelp.

    PEACE OF MIND
    Squarespace is a fully managed platform. This means there’s never any need to update software, plugins, or widgets, patch security vulnerabilities; or worry that changing one component might break something else.

    SECURITY
    All Squarespace websites are given free SSL certificates, which means everyone can enjoy a secure connection throughout your whole website. This is a necessity in 2018, when some browsers are starting to mark non-secure websites as a threat to users! Google also shows a preference to secure sites in rankings.

    BUILT IN SEO
    Search engine optimisation (ie. how your website ranks on Google) depends on many factors, but with Squarespace you don't need to worry about the technical stuff as it's built-in for you! There are tons of built-in features that make SEO a breeze.

    AWARD WINNING 24/7 SUPPORT Squarespace has an extensive library of step-by-step guides and video tutorials if you ever get stuck, but their 24/7 free live chat and email support are second-to-none. I've had nothing but great experiences with them and always get a quick response.

  • At the moment I only use Squarespace as I feel it's the best fit for the clients I work with.

  • For my signature brand & web transformation package, I work with a limited number of clients per year and am usually booked out 4-5 months in advance. But our collaboration really starts from the moment you complete the application form. Once you’ve booked in, I’ll share some prepwork that you’ll need to dive into whilst you wait and will give you all the guidance you need to prepare for your project. I truly value my 1:1 client relationships and my unique blend of thoughtful, methodical strategy and unique, creative design expertise will be a transformational experience like no other. Good things take time and I promise you it'll be worth the wait!

    For my Canva & Squarespace Design Intensives, I’m usually booked out 4-5 weeks in advance.

  • I will set you some project homework which includes completing a brand questionnaire, a Pinterest inspiration board and filling out a website content guide which will walk you through how to gather all of the content for your website.

    Depending on what package you’re booked in for - you will also need to share all of your copy, content and images before we get started.
